Check-in: 1:00 p.m.

Guarantee Policy: At the time of check-in, a minimum guarantee of USD 40 per night will be requested, in cash or credit card. It will be reimbursed once the room has been verified.
Cancellation and No Show Policy: Cancellation policies will depend on each of the rates available at the time of booking.
In case of NO-SHOW, the hotel will not refund the amount charged.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.
Services: The Long Stay Rates* include breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner.
Minors policy: Children from 0 to 7 years free using existing beds. Two children from 0 to 7 years pay as an adult. Children from 8 years old pay as adults.
The entry of minors is not allowed if it is not in the company of their parents. In the event that you travel with only one of the parents or a guardian, you must present a letter of authorization signed by the minor's parent (s). It must include a copy of the identity document of both parents.
*Long Stay Rates require a minimum stay of 7 nights.
"Corporate Travel" Available Investor Rates with a minimum stay of 3 days, valid exclusively for corporate guests. Ask for special conditions and requirements.
All companies or people who want to get in the country must submit a sworn statement (it will be sent by mail) in front of the Interinstitutional Coordination Center (CCI) that includes: Personal data, Reason for the trip, Time of stay in the country (date of return to the country of origin), Hotel reservation and transfer with full payment thereof, Address of residence during the stay in the country, Telephone number of a responsible contact (contracting entity), Type of transport in the transfers in the national territory, Report on the presence of any underlying disease, Certification of international health insurance coverage, Indication of the name of the beneficiary company or institution in case of specialized assistance, Tentative schedule of activities and places where they will take place the activities that motivate the trip.
